Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Account-Based Marketing strategies aligned with B2B sales objectives and company's annual plan & budget.
  • Identify, research, and prioritize high-value target accounts in collaboration with B2B sales teams.
  • Create detailed account profiles and buyer personas for key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Develop account-specific/industry specific marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to each target account's unique needs and challenges.
  • Work closely with Business development team to align with account-specific marketing collateral, presentations, and proposal materials.
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns including email, digital advertising, events, and direct mail.


Content Creation & Brand management:

  • Create highly personalized, account-specific content including case studies, white papers, industry reports, and solution briefs.
  • Develop compelling B2B marketing collateral tailored to different stages of the enterprise buying journey.
  • Manage brand consistency across all B2B marketing channels and materials.
  • Oversee development of thought leadership content positioning WILP as an industry expert in corporate education.
  • Create content for multiple decision-makers within buying committees at target accounts.
  • Manage B2B-focused social media & advertising strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific platforms.


Event Marketing & Thought Leadership:

  • Coordinate participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and corporate education events.
  • Organize account-specific events, webinars, and executive briefings for target accounts.
  • Manage speaker opportunities and thought leadership initiatives for faculty and leadership team.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations and corporate education networks.


Qualification and Personal Profile

  • MBA (preferred) with 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience in education technology, enterprise software, professional services, or B2B technology companies. Experience in corporate education or working with enterprise clients preferred.


Other Skill and Ability Requirements

  • ABM Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B Account-Based Marketing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • B2B Sales Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with B2B sales teams and understanding enterprise sales cycles.
  • B2B Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Content Marketing: Excellent skills in creating compelling B2B content that resonates with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of B2B buying processes, enterprise decision-making, and corporate education market trends.
  • Digital Marketing: Understanding of B2B digital marketing channels, LinkedIn advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Candidates based out of Hyderabad are preferred.
