Roles and Responsibilities

Key responsibility:

1) The person with the above position will be overall in charge of all marketing activities & their outcome. both the below the line(ATL) through the line(TTL) and above the line(BTL) activities

2) The person will be directly responsible for the efficiency and working of all other marketing staff in that location

3) Leave sanction and memo issuance of the staff under him

4) Responsible for proper call attending and response to patients at the time of ad and also check creative for address number. syntax errors and so on

5) To make referral calls on own and to see that all his juniors who have been accredited to make referral calls are doing them in a proper way using the printed list of doctors with their qualification and sx details as also to use the documentary and surgery videos for demonstration purposes

6) To keep proper record of marketing expenses and forward to the concerned authority in time ...and to keep such expenses to a minimum

7) To undertake at least 10 camps in rural areas per month at least 75 km away from the city to generate semi paid cataract cases 7k. All-inclusive package including medicines .to take manpower for such camps from the operations manpower at the location...not to keep separate manpower for camps. also, not to keep separate manpower for coupons ...hire promoters whenever coupons need to be distributed

8) Distributing optical coupons is also responsibility of the marketing manager of that location ...and for that also he or she will take help of promoters or in rare cases can use staff from operations after 7 pm when rush decreases

9) To establish district referral points by part time employing people in all districts around ur city

10) Salary range for district points in the range of 2k to 6k depending on situation ...if situation demands. more salary ...permission of marketing head is required

11) Inside the city the manager himself will make all visits. he can keep one assistant manager for referral visits

12) The manager is responsible for generating patients from empanelled organizations

13) Getting new empanelments done

14) See that all claim forms are filled properly and there is no pendency

15) He will also be responsible to look at the website of various authorities and see for rejected claims and take necessary actions to solve that
Marketing Manager is fully responsible for proposal submission of new empanelments, empanelment follow up, credit cash recovery. Also he will track and make sure the amount for cashless and empanelment reaches the hospital account in time

16) For all the above activities related to cashless and empanelments the marketing manager will be in touch with central cashless team which comprises of cashless head and the 2 zonal managers and be in touch with the respective operations manager for the same

17) He will also responsible for installation and upkeep of arrow boards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate must have experience in Pharma sales or Hospital marketing.
• Candidate from Ophthalmic background will be preferred.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have good knowledge of Territory.
• Must be Enthusiastic.
• Must be Goal Oriented.
