What You ll Do

Lead the charge on market development and expand our presence in Thane.
Design and execute smart sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Take full ownership of territory P&L and sales performance.
Build scalable sales processes and keep raising the bar .
Spot new market opportunities and convert them into business wins.
Foster a culture of ownership, performance, and high standards.
Ensure smooth operations and resolve escalations with speed and impact.

What We re Looking For

4 8 years of Sales/Inside Sales experience with a proven record in revenue growth.
Strong background in market development and business expansion.
Experience with P&L ownership, sales strategy, and process improvement.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
Excellent communicator, motivator, and decision-maker.
Bachelor s degree required.
