Manager - Maintenance

• Should be a Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within the chemical, Pharma or Continuous process industry.
• Demonstrated experience with Brownfield, Greenfield projects, including installation, commissioning, FAT, and SAT.
• Strong understanding of adhesives technology, mixers, and other specialty chemical equipment.
• Proficiency in SAP Maintenance Module, Energy conservation, Smart Factory systems.
• Deep knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) and related regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
