Manager - Maintenance

As a Manager Maintenance at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production machinery and systems at our metal conductor manufacturing plant in Haridwar, India. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensure optimal performance of all plant machinery such as wire drawing machines, annealing units, stranding machines, and extrusion lines. - Conduct routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime. - Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently. - Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies using tools like vibration analysis and thermal imaging. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory. - Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations. - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. - Assist in planning and executing machine upgrades, installations, and plant expansions. - Manage external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks. - Analyze equipment performance data continuously to recommend improvements. Additionally, you may be required to travel as and when needed for this role.
