Job Description

As a highly skilled Maintenance Manager at our chemical manufacturing facility, your role will involve leading the maintenance team to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all plant equipment and systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust maintenance strategy to maximize equipment uptime and minimize unplanned downtime. This includes managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, overseeing the maintenance of various chemical processing equipment, and ensuring the safe operation of HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a maintenance strategy to maximize equipment uptime and minimize unplanned downtime - Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including vibration analysis and thermography - Oversee the maintenance of chemical processing equipment such as mixers, reactors, and pumps - Manage the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure a safe environment - Lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment, including conducting FAT and SAT - Manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and implement spare parts management systems - Develop and execute initiatives for energy conservation to reduce operational costs - Lead, mentor, and train a team of maintenance technicians and engineers Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within the chemical, Pharma, or Continuous process industry - Demonstrated experience with Brownfield and Greenfield projects, including installation, commissioning, FAT, and SAT - Strong understanding of adhesives technology, mixers, and other specialty chemical equipment - Proficiency in SAP Maintenance Module, energy conservation, and Smart Factory systems - Deep knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) and related regulations - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Henkel offers a variety of perks to its employees, including diverse national and international growth opportunities, global wellbeing standards, gender-neutral parental leave, employee share plan, group medical insurance, accident and term life policies, and progressive OPD policy.
