Role & responsibilities Shift manpower count & area wise allocation Handling daily breakdowns in shift Co-ordinate with production departments Maintain equipments and Manage 6S Maintain & update Daily check sheet machines Ensure all functions as per EHS guidelines. Responsible for machines up time improvement Daily breakdown analysis & action plan Spares planning & procurement follow up PM plan & execution Maintain and control rejection due to machines Maintain Area and Manage 6S Interaction with vendors for spares localization. Ensure all functions as per EHS guidelines and provide Safety training to maintenance operators. Preferred candidate profile Basic Siemens & Mitsubishi PLC programming & troubleshooting, Basic Mechanical & hydraulic trouble shooting knowledge.
