Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and execute mechanical maintenance activities for rotating and static equipment.
Plan, schedule, and implement preventive as well as breakdown maintenance to ensure high equipment availability.
Independently troubleshoot mechanical issues and restore plant operations with minimal downtime.
Supervise, guide, and train technicians, ensuring ownership, discipline, and adherence to maintenance standards.
Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and reduced operational losses.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, logbooks, and basic documentation.
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and best maintenance practices.
Support greenfield projects and start-up plants during stabilization and continuous improvement phases.

Preferred Candidate Profile

78 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in process or manufacturing industries.
Strong mechanical expertise with working knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Engineering graduate or diploma holder with solid shop-floor exposure.
Experience in Indian industrial setups such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, FMCG, cement, power, or utilities.
Demonstrated leadership potential with readiness to grow into a Maintenance Manager role.
