Job Description

Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring smooth functionality, user access, and system optimization.Enroll learners, upload SCORM/compliance content, assign courses, and track completion metrics.Troubleshoot system issues, respond to user tickets, and coordinate with LMS vendors for timely resolution.Maintain a well-documented catalog of learning programs and accurate learner records.Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with learning policies.Develop, customize, and roll out learning and development programs aligned with business and HR objectives.

Must-Have Skill Sets

Proficiency in

LMS administration

(SCORM file management, user setup, course assignment, reporting).Familiarity with

Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Moodle, SuccessFactors, or Docebo

platforms.Strong working knowledge of

Excel

,

Google Suite

, and reporting dashboards.Basic understanding of

HTML, SCORM, or e-learning content standards

is a plus.Strong grasp of

adult learning theory

instructional design

training delivery

principles.
