You should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services). Your minimum IT experience should be 10 years with at least 7 years specifically in ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects (excludes managed services or enhancement projects). You should possess extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing multiple ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM etc. Your leadership skills should be strong with proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder ITSM or other process deployments. A deep understanding of the ITIL framework and other IT management tools is essential. You should have demonstrated success in delivering projects using agile methodologies, preferably in a scrum-based environment. Knowledge of ServiceNow integration frameworks and APIs is required. You should be able to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills are necessary with the ability to lead teams and work collaboratively. As a strategic thinker, you should be capable of setting goals, driving team initiatives, and fostering high-performance teams.
