Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth:

  Meet weekly and monthly volume targets for

  COC and SOC

  sales.

• Business Development:

  Proactively visit clients, identify expansion opportunities, and implement innovative revenue-growth methods.

• Market Intelligence:

  Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular updates to the internal team.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to ensure sustainable business growth.

• Performance Tracking:

  Conduct periodic reviews of sales data and lead generation efforts.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the shipping/container industry.
• Strong knowledge of

  COC and SOC

  operations and market dynamics.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to hit volume-based targets.
