Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
Oversee threat management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response plans.
Manage endpoint protection, network security, firewalls, SIEM, and other security controls.
Ensure secure configuration and patch compliance across servers, workstations, and network devices.
Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, or applicable local regulations.
Perform regular internal audits, risk assessments, and gap analysis.
Maintain evidence and documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
Manage vendor compliance and third-party risk assessments.
Establish and maintain IT policies, data classification guidelines, access control frameworks, and secure development practices.
Lead awareness programs and security training for IT and end users.
Align policies with enterprise objectives and audit/regulatory expectations.
Provide security oversight for enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, VPN, firewalls, backups).
Lead security assessments for new projects, tools, and technologies.
