Manager - IR - To be based at Perundurai

Any Graduation with over 10 Years of experience in IR / HR functions

Salary : Not constrain for Right candidate

JD :

• Maintaining IR in the organization through initiating agreement/settlement, collective bargaining, conciliation proceedings bipartite &tripartite process
• Ensures discipline at workplace through implementation of policies and procedures in line with laws and initiates disciplinary action as deemed necessary.
• Lead the new Factory union formation Operation
• Represents in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements
• Handling matters of disciplinary proceedings, Misconduct, charge sheet, domestic enquiry, representing the organization in conciliation proceedings.
• Ensures legal/various labor laws compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable requirements.
• Develop the union preventive measures and the labor management as per law
• Avoid industrial conflict and develop harmonious relation along with workers representative and eliminate possible and practicable strike by providing reasonable wage and benefits.
• Develop and strengthen inter personal trust, transparent communication for the achievement of organization goal. Recognition of individual and group reward etc
• Supporting organization wide initiatives to enhance motivational levels and job involvements of the workers thereby leading to control absenteeism and increased workers productivity
• And Handle other HR Function ( Welfare , PMS, Compensation & Benefits , etc., )
