Responsible for all IR & HR and Admin of Plant in Maraimalainagar, Chennai .Handle all IR & HR & Admin functions ,Payroll, Safety, Statutory Viz: ESI ,PF etc. Report to CEO. Liaison with Safety & all other Govt. depts. Required Candidate profile MLM/ MSW/ MBA, Exp.12-15 Yrs . in all IR, HR functions in an Automobile Plant. Liaison with Safety, Govt & Statutory Agencies. Tamil speaking, reading & writing a must. Prefer local candidates only.
