About The Role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead and drive development efforts for our enterprise-grade IoT products. You will provide technical leadership, own architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members while collaborating across teams to deliver robust solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design, development, and deployment of scalable backend and frontend of enterprise applications.Drive architecture and technology decisions aligned with business needs.Oversee testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing.Manage DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, backups, and deployments.Provide L3 support and lead troubleshooting efforts.Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance.Collaborate closely with multiple departments and external vendors to ensure project success.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications
