Working: Mon to Fri and alternate Saturdays working. Work from office.

Qualification Required

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in

  real estate finance, fund management, investments or project evaluation.

Role Overview:

The role involves financial evaluation of real estate projects, investment analysis, fund coordination, and supporting deal execution through detailed financial modelling and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and periodically update detailed

  financial models

  for residential and commercial real estate developments
• Coordinate with internal

  Business Development teams

  to evaluate new acquisition opportunities
• Analyse project data and develop

  project cash flow models

  to assess feasibility and returns
• Ensure all evaluated deals are accurately recorded and regularly updated in internal systems
  
• Conduct

  site visits

  to understand market dynamics including competition, pricing, location and catchment analysis
• Perform market research to track pricing trends, inventory levels, and absorption rates
  
• Prepare

  investment proposals, information memorandums, and presentations

  for internal stakeholders and investment committees
• Ensure financial workings are aligned with standard

  Investment Committee formats

• Update financial models based on feedback from senior management
  
• Coordinate with external consultants for

  valuations, test fits, and due diligence

• Liaise with internal and external teams for documentation and deal closure
  
• Support execution of transactions and flag risks or discrepancies requiring senior management intervention
  
• Coordinate with lenders and internal teams for

  financial, legal, and technical due diligence

• Assist in providing required information to prospective lenders and stakeholders
