Job Purpose Acuity is currently looking for a highly experienced and motivated Subject Matter Expert in the Secondaries market processes, for one of its distinguished investment banking clients. Ability to analyze complex financial data and market conditions. Construct an opinion around various investment opportunities and efficiently communicate in written materials Prepare company profiles, investor profiles & portfolios, financial analysis including trading / transaction comparable, operational / financial benchmarking, etc. Exposure to all stages of GP-led/ LP-led secondary transactions, supporting deal execution and process management Experience in conducting thorough due diligence to assess the quality and potential of fund interests. Quantitative and qualitative due diligence on leveraged buyout, venture capital and other private equity limited partnership interests and their underlying company investments Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction Preferred candidate profile Education: Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.)
