1) Masters degree in Accounts & Finance or related discipline.
2) CA / CA (Intermediate) qualified candidates will be an added advantage.3) Strong understanding of accounting principles, Pre -audit & process audit practices, and statutory compliance.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong exposure to audit, compliance, and site-level financial controls, preferably from the Real Estate sector.
1)Validate contractor bills against approved Work Orders (WO) and review Work Completion Certificates issued by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC).
2) Conduct process audits and perform site visits as per the approved audit plan and business requirements.3) Validate and review vendor and customer account reconciliations.4)Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and applicable laws governing the Real Estate sector.5) Perform inventory tracking, verification, and reconciliation.6)Review statutory compliance related to TDS, GST, PF, and other applicable laws.7) Conduct audits of day-to-day office expenses including maintenance, security, and administrative activities. 8) Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
