Job Description

As an International Sales representative, your role is to provide market intelligence to the manager by focusing on market trends, shifts, competitors, and customer information. Your responsibilities include: - Completing orders in the system with 100% accuracy - Ensuring customer satisfaction and value at all times - Adhering to the company's vision and mission - Supporting sales strategies for profitable revenue growth and market share - Managing and maintaining the lead information database - Following up on leads and reporting on closure activity - Identifying client needs through active listening and meaningful conversations - Following up on marketing generated leads and researching additional potential prospects - Penetrating target organizations at all levels to uncover critical issues, initiatives, and key contacts - Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved Requirements and skills for this role include: - Communication and understanding of professional level service needs - Professional written and oral communication skills with persuasive ability - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet team objectives - Conceptual and mathematical understanding of profit margins - Excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills This is a full-time job with the work location being in person.,
