Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Manager- International Sales for our Noida office (near Sector 62) who has prior experience in handling US clients. This is a non-technical role ideal for individuals from the BPO industry looking to transition into a business development position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with US-based clients to generate leads and build business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions effectively.
• Follow-up on inbound and outbound leads through emails, calls, and online communication.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings/demos with potential clients.
• Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project initiation.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets for outreach and conversions.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience working with US clients in a BPO/KPO setup.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Comfortable working in night shift (US Time Zone).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US client interaction (preferably in BPO/KPO roles).
• Graduation in any stream.
• Male candidates only due to shift requirements.
• Must be able to commute to Noida Sector 62.
