  • Must have handled B2B International Sales of manufactured goods
  • Experience in managing Retail Chains or Distributors.
  • Preferred if handled Walmart, Lidl, Costco, IKEA, Bunnings, Tesco, Carrefour, Target, etc.
  • Strategic and result-oriented not just order execution.

Industry Fit - Compostable bags, packaging films, polymer materials, FMCG packaging

Sales Type - Enterprise B2B + Retail + Distributor-driven model

Geographies - USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, ME

Buyers - Retail Chains, Importers & Distributors

Deal Handling - RFQ, pricing, tenders, rebates, large-volume contracts

Skills Required - Excel costing, negotiation, export process knowledge

Output Expectation - Revenue growth, market expansion, conversions

Role Summary:

  • Build + manage global retail accounts & distributors.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing, and large order closures.
  • Attend exhibitions & travel for client onboarding.
  • Deliver quarterly/yearly revenue growth targets.
