Role Overview: As a MarTech Manager at Swiggy, you will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing vertical, playing a key role in driving disproportionate growth by delivering impactful solutions in performance marketing, owned media, and other high-growth domains. Your responsibilities will involve end-to-end ownership of product discovery, solutioning, PRD creation, GTM strategies, and root cause analysis (RCA). You will collaborate cross-functionally with tech, marketing, design, and analytics teams to conceptualize, execute, and scale products that fuel business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify growth opportunities through performance marketing and owned media solutions - Conduct market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis to define high-impact problem statements - Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for solutions aligned with growth objectives - Collaborate with tech teams to define product architecture and features - Partner with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams to bring solutions from concept to launch - Design, execute, and analyze experiments to validate product hypotheses - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) where necessary - Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) for new products to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals - Build tools and products to enhance targeting, personalization, and media efficiency - Explore and implement new channels, algorithms, and automation to scale performance marketing efforts - Create and present growth roadmaps to leadership, influencing and driving alignment across teams - Make data-driven decisions using strong analytical skills Qualifications Required: - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact - Experience in crafting and driving Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), experimentation frameworks, and GTM strategies - Familiarity with performance marketing channels and tools - Strong understanding of owned media - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - Self-driven with a strong bias for action and comfort with ambiguity (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the job description),
