Job Description

As a Manager, Implementation at CIS, your role is crucial in ensuring financial institutions are synchronized with Mastercard financial messaging. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution with external customers for all types of implementation projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Assessing and documenting customer needs independently and driving customer implementation projects following the global project methodology. - Managing a high number of diverse projects in parallel and handling customer escalations autonomously. - Identifying training needs of customers and providing AOW trainings. - Leading end-to-end key initiatives and SME roles, delivering flawless execution of implementation projects. - Upskilling the technical expertise of the CIS team and coaching experienced colleagues. - Acting as a customer delivery consultant for your domain of expertise and driving new initiatives for positive impacts on customer delivery. - Managing a small team, assigning day-to-day work, managing talent, and refining departmental best practices. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business, or equivalent work experience. - Strong project management and testing skills with excellent priority setting. - Perfect understanding of implementation processes, business operations, and assigned products/strategy. - Technical savvy with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and translate technical matters into simple language. - Familiarity with Webservices, API Integration patterns, and ISO standards for client onboarding. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present autonomously to various levels of management. - Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to navigate ambiguity with a risk-taking mindset. - Team player with a sense of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement. - Experience leading customers through complex projects and innovating with creativity. - Strong people management skills, motivating and unlocking the potential of your team. In addition to the above, as part of your corporate security responsibility, you are expected to abide by Mastercard's security policies, ensure confidentiality and integrity of information, report any security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings.
