Manager - Human Resources Technology & Operations

Role Overview: As a member of the HR Strategy & Transformation team, you will assist clients in targeting and delivering value for their HR and Talent investments. Your expertise will be utilized in various areas within HR using a distributed delivery model that can be deployed globally, whether onsite, near shore, or offshore. Key Responsibilities: - Design HR Operating Models and Organization Designs - Enhance HR capabilities through Competency Modelling and Integration with HR & Talent processes - Analyze, plan, and optimize Workforce effectiveness - Assess, design, and deploy HR Shared Services - Design, innovate, and implement HR & Talent Processes - Implement HR SaaS processes through design, configuration, training, and change enablement Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in HR transformation and Talent Management projects - Expertise in areas such as HR Operating Models, HR Shared Services, HR Processes, HR Policy Design, HR Diagnostics, HR Technology, Org Design, and Talent Management - Experience in project management of large HRT engagements - Knowledge of HRIT and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) - Understanding of outsourcing HR processes - Previous consulting experience is essential, with exposure to international clients being advantageous Company Additional Details: As a key member of the team, you are expected to interact with C-level executives, function effectively in a diverse consulting firm with a global client engagement model, demonstrate leadership qualities, manage engagement risks, contribute to business development efforts, support people development, and contribute to domain development.
