Manager - HRBP

As an Assistant Manager/Consultant based in Bangalore, you will be an integral part of our HR team, with responsibilities spanning various key areas within the field. Your primary focus will involve contributing to year-end activities, performance development, moderation calls, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) management. Additionally, you will be involved in employee engagement initiatives, Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, and HRMS data management. Your role will require you to lead and support year-end performance review processes, including moderation calls and appraisal discussions. You will also be responsible for managing the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, ensuring its effective execution and alignment with business objectives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will drive performance development initiatives to enhance employee growth and capability. Facilitating moderation discussions will be a key aspect of your role, where you will work with managers and leaders to ensure fair and effective evaluations. You will also be responsible for planning and executing employee engagement activities, as well as overseeing Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to ensure their timely execution and alignment with company values. Providing guidance on HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with company standards will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 3-6 years of relevant HR experience and possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
