Education *: Diploma/Masters / PG Degree in HR*

Experience *: Min 8 Years in Generalist HR Profile

*Key Responsibilities :*

• Managing end-to-end HR functions including Recruitment, HR Operations, Compliance, Employee Life Cycle Management, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.

*Key Notes*

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English Language to work in Global working environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and Statutory Requirements.
• Experience of managing recruitment, HR Operations and Compliance.
• Inter personal skills and willingness to go an extra mile.

Job Timing & Working Days *: 10 to 6.00 (Working Mothers) 10 to 7 (others)
