Role & responsibilities

Execute the HR strategy.

* Executing the Human Resource strategy for future business direction.

* Executing Unit Human resource objectives and strategy for the unit.

Employee Relations and Engagement.

* Executing the units strategy to deal with Union / IR matters.

* Executing strategies to engage employees to the optimum level

* Lead in building an healthy working environment by creating sense of Belonging, Ownership & Care.

* Support the GM Works & play vital role in all Conflict resolution at the Unit.

* Maintain cordial relations with all local entities through regular formal and informal interaction with them

* Gauge and measure the internal & external IR climate of the unit with regular interactions with shop floor and line officers and managers.

* Working on Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives

HRBP:

* Ensuring Statutory compliances

* Lead in assessing the performance & skill assessment of all shop floor employees

* Ensuring manpower availability of 100% at the shop floor (permanent & contingent labour)

* Lead employee engagement initiatives in the plant.

* Maintaining & Providing Welfare Amenities.

* Ensuring optimum usage of Contingent Labour.

WCM Way

* Lead the PD pillar

* Designing Annual Training Calendar, drafting monthly training plan & monitoring compliance through WCM way

* Mitigating Critical skill gaps and ensuring readiness on such identified critical skills.

* Continuous tracking and elevating the employee participation and commitment in the engagement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should preferably be an MSW or MBA with specialization in HR. Additional qualification of BL/LLB will be an added advantage . He / Her Should have had at least 12-15 years experience in a manufacturing unit and hands on experience in HR / IR / Admin.

Candidates from Manufacturing, Chemicals, Cement, or Pharma sectors are preferred
