Responsibilities

As Manager HR Tech, your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Consulting:

  Lead consulting initiatives in HR technology, streamlining processes to build a best-in-class HR ecosystem.

• Technology Implementation:

  Oversee the deployment and integration of HR tech solutions, ensuring their alignment with business objectives.

• Project Management:

  Plan and execute HR tech projects successfully by managing timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors, building relationships to drive project success.

• Data & Insights:

  Utilize analytics and HR metrics to evaluate performance, track key outcomes, and make data-driven decisions.

• Team Leadership:

  Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and collaboration.

Requirements

We are seeking a talented professional with the following:

• Experience:

  8+ years of proven experience in consulting practices specific to HR technology.

• Technical Skills:

  Hands-on knowledge of HR technology tools/platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).

• Leadership Abilities:

  Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Analytical Mindset:

  Proficiency in data analytics, HR reporting metrics, and assessing business impacts.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
