This includes managing employee relations, recruitment, on boarding, payroll, benefits, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. They also handle general office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviews, and overseeing the on boarding of new employees.
