You will be managing the complete recruitment process, starting from the application stage to making offers to selected candidates. Your role will also involve assisting in creating job descriptions and devising recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Non IT Recruitment. The work schedule is from Monday to Saturday, with timings from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. The second and fourth Saturdays are off. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Preferred candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in Non IT Recruitment. The work location is Andheri East, Chakala, where you will be required to work in person.,
