Sr. Admin Executive/ Assistant Manager

• Location: Palghar

Experience: 7 to 10 years

• Industry: Manufacturing ( Should have experience in factory )
• Salary Range: ₹40,000/- to ₹50,000/- per month (depending on work experience, expertise)
• Gender: Male ( Between 30 to 40 yrs )
• Education: Graduation in any stream

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Compliance: Maintain legal records and ensure labor law adherence.
• Vendors & Contracts: Manage service providers and contracts. ( AMC : Furniture, Machines ,Pest Control)
• Facilities: Oversee housekeeping, canteen, and infrastructure.
• Audit Support: Manage and prepare admin-related audit documents.
• Liaising: Coordinate with government and labor bodies.
• Accommodation: Handle worker housing and amenities. Arrange stays for guests /Directors as and when required.
• Transportation : Manage transportation for employees as well as guests /Consultants
• Employee Support: Resolve admin-related issues.
• Events /Celebrations/Picnics - Arrangements to be made for festivals or events celebrations ( Place, Food, Setup)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Admin, administration : 6 years (Preferred)
• Manufacturing company: 4 years (Preferred)
