Administration Assistant

As an Admin Assistant at our factory location in Umbargaon, Gujarat, you will play a key role in supporting daily admin operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the factory. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing documentation, coordinating dispatches, overseeing inventory, and facilitating communication between departments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels for packaging materials. - Coordinate with the production team to schedule bottling, labeling, and dispatch activities. - Handle invoicing, order processing, and shipment documentation efficiently. - Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials. - Keep all factory-related documentation organized and up to date. - Assist in monitoring quality control measures and production timelines. Qualifications: - HSC passed (additional certifications are preferred). - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar office software. - Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous. In this role, key skills such as organization, attention to detail, time management, and communication will be crucial for your success.
