Role & responsibilities

Human Resource Responsibilities

  • Responsible for manpower planning to reduce attrition rate and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
  • Responsible for recruitments across regions.
  • Responsible for defining competence requirements and job descriptions.
  • Responsible for review and implementation of HR policies.
  • Responsible for ensuring joining & induction formalities.
  • Responsible for ensuring issuance of Employee Mediclaims, ID Cards, Cell Phone, Salary Accounts and E-mail IDs.
  • Responsible for ensuring confirmations of probationary staff.
  • Responsible for keeping tracks and providing details to employees on their leave balance.
  • Responsible for yearly performance management / appraisal process.
  • Responsible for handling and resolving / escalating employee grievances.
  • Responsible for Exit Interviews and employee separation processes.
  • Responsible for tracking and payments of mobile bills for all employees across regions.
  • Responsible for overall HR administration.
  • Responsible for Vendor Management.
