Manager- HR & Administration shall provide General HR and Administration functions in alignment with Institutions goals. S/he shall provide all necessary support for employee welfare, engagement as well as smooth operations and general administration. S/he must have excellent oral and written Communication with a pleasing personality. Experience to have worked in a reputed educational institute shall be an added advantage, but is not a limiting factor. S/he must be able to handle work pressure and should be able to perform independently under the guidance of reporting Manager. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist Head Academics in the recruitment process. Joining and Induction of new employees. Providing all the necessary infrastructure support to the new joiners (Coordinating wit IT for system, creation of mail id, sitting arrangement, etc) Maintaining and updating personal data and records of all the employees. Payroll through Attendance and Leave Management. Training and Development. HR policies. Performance Management. Handling employee grievances & providing solutions. HR systems and Processes. Employee Welfare, Engagement. Statutory Compliances. Day to day General Administration. Cost Control.
