Job Description

As a Manager, HCM Solutions at Syneos Health, your role will involve focusing primarily on Talent Acquisition systems, specifically Workday Recruiting and Onboarding. You will be responsible for managing Workday configuration, enhancements, integrations, and the system lifecycle for TA processes. Additionally, you will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with HR, TA, and IT stakeholders, and ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Workday Recruiting and Onboarding system administration, which includes configuration, testing, and deployment. - Ensure alignment with compliance and recruiting best practices. - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and COEs to design workflows, integrations, and reporting aligned with Position Management and HCM processes. - Maintain the TA Technology Roadmap, encompassing vendor contracts, integrations, and system lifecycle planning. - Offer support and guidance for core HCM modules, such as Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Talent, to ensure data integrity and process alignment. - Drive TA systems initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and improvements to the candidate experience. - Manage, coach, and develop a team of HCM/TA systems analysts. - Monitor Workday releases, evaluate impact, and implement functionality to support business needs. - Develop documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for system users. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of HR technology experience, with hands-on Workday Recruiting/Onboarding configuration and proficiency in at least one core HCM module (Compensation, Absence, Time, Talent). - Experience in managing or mentoring team members is preferred. - Strong understanding of TA processes, compliance requirements, Position Management, core HR modules, and Compensation structures. - Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, and project management skills; ability to collaborate effectively across HR, TA, and IT.
