Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with guests, including feedback forms filled out by customers.
  • Analyze data from various sources (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to identify trends and areas for improvement in guest relations.
  • Develop and implement effective staff training programs to enhance service quality monitoring, complaint management, and operations management.
