Manager - Guest Relations

You will be responsible for managing the guest relations activities of the store and enhancing customer satisfaction levels through effective customer handling in line with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your primary role will involve overseeing all guest relations functions of the assigned store to monitor and improve customer experience. You will be required to understand, monitor, and record store footfall and customer walk-ins, and develop plans to address them with the aim of achieving customer delight. Responding to any queries, needs, and desires of guests promptly and ensuring their requests are met satisfactorily will be part of your duties. Efficiently delegating responsibilities and organizing the Guest Relations department and staff will also be essential. Conducting analysis on customer data related to pre-purchase, conversion, footfall data, etc., and providing insights to enhance overall performance will be a crucial aspect of your role. Additionally, you will manage event management activities during store launches and product exhibitions, as well as conduct competitor studies to stay informed about products provided by competitors and effectively address customer queries.
