Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Growth Manager to lead the growth and P&L management of our international business categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the chemical industry, excellent market insights, and established networks in these regions.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in the global growth or strategy function
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Willingness to actively travel overseas for business purposes


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand Atomgrid's presence in international markets
  • Drive revenue growth and manage the P&L for the category, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements in target regions.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Represent Atomgrid at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings in the target regions.
