Position Manager, Global Strategy & Growth Location Bengaluru, India Job Overview Atomgrid is in search of a proactive and strategic Growth Manager to oversee the growth and P&L management of its international business categories. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the chemical industry, valuable market insights, and well-established networks in various regions. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred. - Demonstrated experience in global growth or strategy roles. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a global team. - Willingness to engage in overseas travel for business purposes. Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Atomgrid's presence in international markets. - Drive revenue growth and oversee the P&L for the category, focusing on profitability and sustainable expansion. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and foster robust relationships with customers, partners, and distributors. - Conduct market research to comprehend customer needs, market dynamics, competition, and regulatory standards in target regions. - Monitor sales performance and adapt strategies to achieve set targets. - Represent Atomgrid at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings within the designated regions.
