Job Description

Lead and manage multiple complex global projects simultaneously, encompassing various GBS domains such as finance, HR, IT, and supply chain.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
Define and track project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, including senior leadership, GBS teams, business units, and external vendors.
Facilitate regular project status meetings, prepare detailed reports, and provide transparent updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Implement and adhere to established project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the GBS project management framework, seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and implement appropriate project management tools and software to optimize project execution and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards throughout project delivery.
Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and apply them to future projects
