Role & responsibilities

It is a versatile role as the Manager is in-charge of the entire outlet.

Day to day activities involve the following activities:

• First point of contact

  with customers at the Reception and taking their entries.

• Birthday Party Packages

  : Explaining birthday packages to customers

• Recording of Sales and Expenses:

  Handle daily closing of balances (revenue) at the end of the day and reconciling with the days' cashflows.

• Admin Tasks

  : Maintaining birthday calendars, inventory management, and ordering of in-house supplies.

• Supervise

  staff members, including play area staff and kitchen staff.

Preferred candidate profile

• Someone who enjoys being around children and vibrant playful work atmosphere
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Basic use of MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar environment such as game zone or play area manager.
• Training will be provided in case candidate is from different background.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Candidate should be able to take initiative on their own for the responsibilities.
• Ability to handle stressful play area situations calmly and effectively.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday - 10:30am to 8:30pm

Friday to Sunday - 10:30am to 9:30pm
