Manager, Fundraising Engagement and Acquisitions

As a Manager of Fundraising Engagement and Acquisition at The Circle, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by securing grants, building partnerships, and cultivating donor relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Grant Writing & Proposal Development: - Lead the creation of high-quality proposals, concept notes, and pitch decks tailored to diverse donor segments. - Collaborate with Programs, Finance, M&E, and Communications teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and impact metrics. - Manage the end-to-end grant lifecycle, including compliance, documentation, and timely submissions. - Corporate & Institutional Partnerships: - Build, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with CSR leaders, foundations, and institutional donors. - Secure multi-year partnerships through innovative engagement models like employee volunteering and co-branded initiatives. - Represent the organization at forums, conferences, and partnership events to enhance visibility and funding opportunities. - High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) & Major Donor Engagement: - Design and execute a comprehensive major gifts strategy targeting HNIs, family offices, and philanthropists. - Organize bespoke donor engagement activities such as impact tours and private gatherings. - Develop tailored strategies for legacy giving, endowment building, and long-term commitments. - Donor Reporting, Compliance & Systems: - Ensure timely, accurate, and compelling donor reports with financial updates and impact assessments. - Collaborate with Finance to ensure fund utilization compliance and transparency. - Maintain a robust donor database/CRM to track pipeline, donor interactions, segmentation, and reporting deadlines. As part of the young and ambitious Circles fundraising team, you will lead and execute the organizations fundraising strategy to meet annual and long-term financial goals.
