We are looking for a franchisee sales manager for our staffing & recruitment business managed under Parishram Resources.
The incumbent should have at least 5-10 years of sales experience preferably in service industry.
Should be graduate preferably with an MBA in Sales / Marketing.
Should have good communication and business acumen
Ability to generate leads independently, develop pipeline and close deals.
Generate leads through networking, direct marketing, social media and one to one approach.
Identify potential franchisee partners through franchisee forums both offline and online.
Should have good understanding of engagement SOPs and franchisee model.
Should be able to onboard and commence partnerships.
The position will require travel within the city and outside.
