Founders office


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the founder for all the internal as well as external correspondence with the founder
  • Engage in high-impact projects across business strategy, business development and operational optimization & provide regular updates to the founder on the progress
  • Undertake regular research using AI tools and prepare presentations
  • Coordinate logistics for training events across cities- travel bookings, hotel stay, workshop materials, and onsite support
  • Format documents, polish presentations, and assist in creating premium PPT decks
  • Support invoices, basic finance tracking, and payment reminders
  • Assist in social media content coordination with agencies and upkeep the ORM
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication- Collaborate with clients & agencies to
  • ensure effective project execution and maintain alignment with company goals.


Good to Have -

  • At least 2 years experience in working in Founders Office in generalist role
  • Experience in researching AI tools
  • Experience in stakeholder management & strong communication skills


CTC - Rs. 7-9 Lakhs (Basis last drawn)
