About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Coverage: Manage and grow relationships across the NBFCs, AIFs/PEs and other third-party institutions.
• Account Farming: Deepen engagement with client names on consulting services.
• Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients through strategic outreach and consultative sales.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute account-level plans to achieve sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends in the lending and private market investment landscape and work with consulting team on building intelligence.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of experience in institutional sales or relationship management within financial services, ideally covering buy-side clients.
• Strong understanding of investment products such as AIFs, PEs, lending product lines like MSME, HF, CV and MFi.
• Experience in Wholesale lending is preferred
• Proven track record in both farming and hunting roles.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients strategically.
