Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, including variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast).
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, support strategic initiatives, and assess financial impact.
  • Partner with business units to provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track business performance trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business leaders to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial planning.
  • Present financial analysis and business insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Exposure to business partnering or working directly with business leadership.
  • Experience in automation or optimization of financial reporting processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
