Manager-Financial Planning & Analysis

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial planning processes across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes. - Preparing and analyzing monthly management reports, including variance analysis. - Developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate business scenarios and assess financial impact. - Partnering with business units to provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations. - Monitoring key performance indicators, tracking business performance trends, and providing actionable insights. - Collaborating with accounting, operations, and business leaders to ensure alignment in financial planning. - Presenting financial analysis and business insights to senior management and key stakeholders. - Driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms. - Ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external audit requirements. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - MBA in Finance from a recognized institution. - 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis. - Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly. - High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Attributes: - Exposure to business partnering or working directly with business leadership. - Experience in automation or optimization of financial reporting processes. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
