Key Responsibilities: 📌 Handle end-to-end documentation for Fund-Raising/IPO – DRHP, RHP, MR, etc. 📌 Liaise with Merchant Bankers, Legal Teams, and internal stakeholders. 📌 Compile and manage legacy data for statutory and MIS reconciliation. 📌 Coordinate compliance processes and ensure timely submissions to Stock Exchanges & Bankers. 📌 Prepare impactful presentations for investor calls, roadshows, and strategic meetings.
