Position: Pre-Primary Teacher Location: Suchitra Circle, Hyderabad, Telangana (Candidates must be able to commute or relocate before joining) Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and structured classroom sessions based on the curriculum. Foster a supportive learning environment, catering to different learning styles and paces. Encourage student participation and ensure their emotional and physical well-being. Implement interactive teaching methodologies like hands-on learning and play-based approaches. Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed. Maintain a respectful, approachable, and positive relationship with students and parents. Ensure the classroom remains a safe and stimulating space for learning. Requirements: Educational Qualification: ECCE / Montessori / NTT / ECCED certification with a relevant degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year in early childhood education. Skills: Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written). A patient, positive, and self-motivated approach to teaching.
