What you'll do :

• Design with Purpose:

  Conceptualize and plan engaging school infrastructure that aligns with NBC, CBSE, and internal brand standards.

• Evaluate and Analyze:

  Conduct site feasibility studies, mapping opportunities and constraints.

• Collaborate with Visionaries:

  Liaise with clients’ architects and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and approvals.

• Build Smart:

  Work closely with PMCs and vendors for smooth execution, quality control, and timely delivery.

• Manage Projects End-to-End:

  Lead planning for both company-owned and franchise schools, keeping a sharp eye on timelines and budgets.

• Ensure Compliance:

  Oversee statutory and regulatory processes — from approvals to final certifications.

• Lead the Ground Team:

  Guide internal architects and site engineers, ensuring design intent translates into on-site excellence.

• Standardize with Flexibility:

  Drive standardization across school formats while accommodating customization for franchisee needs.

• Be On the Ground:

  Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and uphold quality standards.

Who you are :

• Qualified Architect:

  B.Arch. (Master’s a plus) with 4–8 years’ experience in infrastructure or educational facility design.

• Knowledge-Driven:

  Well-versed in NBC, CBSE guidelines, and modern school design norms.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Skilled in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with other design tools is a bonus.

• A Natural Collaborator:

  Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

• Travel-Friendly:

  Open to traveling for site assessments and supervision across locations.
